Dr. Anthony Martin

Founder & CEO, Lead Consultant

Dr. Martin brings deep experience in iAIDE, School Discipline, School Finance, Equity/Identity, State & Federal Programs, and K-12 strategic planning. He leads with a vision for whole-child support and systemic change.

Kristy Martin

Co-Founder, Creative/Operations Director

Kristy manages operations, finance, and branding. She also consults with nonprofits on design and publishing, and creates supportive tools for both the education and business sectors.

Heather Rodriguez

Consultant – Special Education & Mental Health

Heather specializes in Special Education, Trauma-Informed Practices, Mental Health, and MTSS. She is a foundational part of the team with years of hands-on experience in K-12 support.

Samantha Mulvihill

Consultant – Psychology & IEP Advocacy

Sam brings expertise as a school psychologist with a strong background in IEPs, Mental Health, and Special Education systems. Her insights help schools build inclusive supports for all learners.
